Policies
By booking an appointment with TattedWBreezy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies. These policies are in place to protect both the artist and the client and to ensure a smooth, respectful experience for everyone.

Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied to the final cost of your tattoo at the completion of your session. I accept cash, cashapp, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle and debit/credit cards.
Deposit amounts are based on the estimated price of the tattoo:
• Tattoos totaling under $100 require a $25 deposit
• Tattoos totaling over $100 require a $50 deposit
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty. Notice must be given via direct message, phone call, or email.
If proper notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred one (1) time to a new appointment date. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may only be transferred with proper notice as outlined above.
Late Policy
• Clients are given a 10-minute grace period.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in:
• A shortened session
• A late fee
• Or cancellation of the appointment with loss of deposit (depending on the schedule)
• If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled at the artist’s discretion.
Pricing and Payments
• Pricing is based on design complexity, size, placement, and time required.
• Quotes are estimates and may change if the design is altered.
• Accepted payment methods will be discussed prior to or at the appointment.
• Remaining balances are due in full on the day of the appointment. •I accept cash, cashapp, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle and debit/credit cards.
All other policies
• You must be 18 years or older or 16+ with a signed and notarized minor consent form and valid parent/guardian ID to be tattooed.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.
• No exceptions — if you do not have ID, you will not be tattooed and your deposit will be forfeited.

Health & Medical Disclosure
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.
• TattedWBreezy is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
• If you are pregnant, intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs, you will not be tattooed.

Sterility & Safety
• All tattoos are performed in a clean, sterile, private booth.
• Single-use needles and disposable materials are used for every client.
• Proper sanitation and safety standards are followed at all times.

Guests & Children
• No children allowed in the tattoo area.
• Guests are limited and subject to the artist’s discretion.
• Disruptive guests will be asked to leave.

Aftercare Responsibility
• Aftercare instructions will be provided verbally and/or in writing.
• Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
• TattedWBreezy is not responsible for tattoos that heal poorly due to improper aftercare.

Touch-Ups
• Touch-ups are offered at the artist’s discretion.
• Touch-ups do not cover:
• Poor aftercare
• Excessive sun exposure
• Scarring or trauma to the area
• Coverups of other artists’ work (unless discussed beforehand)
